I dont think you have to tell her. Just put it in your bag and dispose of it when you can. The pads, btw, are probably the most commonly sold incontinence item for adult males. They are inconspicuous, and good for light leaks and dribbles, which are more common that full blown accidents. And you can do what a friend of mine does and keep a spare in your pocket.

I also keep a spare in my pocket as they are small enough that they are not noticeable!
