I'm 30 with two kids and whenever I had a wetting period, I feel very low and want to do something to control it, Will Kegel's helps stop wetting in the night?

Sometimes I had accidents with little poop.

I'm so ashamed to express my feelings, but for the first time, I found this forum where I can speak and discuss my issue.

For this year I met my deductible and I cant effort again next year for physical therapy.

Please suggest some good Kegels too.

Thanks in Advance.

Have no advice for you regarding Kegels. They did nothing for me.
Glad you have found this site. Maybe others can offer some good advice.
Never feel ashamed of anything. You have done nothing wrong and it is not your fault!

Hi @shanu1010, Welcome to this forum! We are glad you stopped in to talk to us. You will get tons of advice and support here. Please know you can speak freely here and no one is going to judge you or make you feel guilty about anything. You do have a medical condition and it is not your fault. But that's okay. We all have incontinence issues to one degree or another and you won't feel alone when you come here. Your condition can be helped by going to a competent doctor. Another way to help yourself is to wear absorbent products and we will help you with that as well. So you have come to the right place for sure!
As for kegels, I haven't done any and they may be a possibility for you. But please discuss that with a doctor, preferably a urologist, or you may talk it over with a physical therapist the next time you can go to one.
I hope this helps and please know you are welcome here any time at all!

I know I am becoming a broken record here, but the all natural Prosta Genix stopped my waking up at night to urinate, (with no bed wetting) BEFORE I had to have my prostate removed. As I have said AFter I had my prostate removed, I was soaking one or two psds soppping wet every night. I laughed at myself because I had all of this Prosta Genix left over, but no prostate. My wife said to try it NOW anyway. She was taking it herself for the same thing and not telling me. So it has something else to do with things besides having a prostate. My wife is a woman, I AM NOT. It stopped the night soaks RIGHT away and I have better control all day long, 7 weeks post surgery, Unless your doctor reads the label and stops you, what have you got to lose?

Depending on what’s going in your unique case you should consider seeing a uro-gynecologist and see about getting a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy. I heard from others here they can help you identify the correct muscles and so on.
You aren’t alone with the issues are facing. It gets women and men both for various reasons. Yep, it’s embarrassing to actually open up to others about it and I’m so proud that you reached out.
Hang in there okay? See a new Doctor who actually cares about you and your concerns.
There are so many folks here with amazing advice on what works for them in their unique situation.
In the mean time find something that will adequately keep you dry and maybe a bed protector. I have someone who is close to me that sometimes uses the ladies depends or the poise pads when she needs them. I’m a guy and have borrowed a few of her depends when I ran out of my supplies and ironically they actually fit better than the men’s XL size and the absorbent material is longer front to back.
Happy Holidays! Glad you are here.
Jim

We're all healing differently. Just weighing in....I'm 4 months post op. If I don't do my kegels everyday, I can tell a difference. There are lots of You Tube videos of the proper way to do them. Craft one that seems to work for you. Good luck.
