Hi All,
Been reading a lot about how to reduce a painful bladder through stretching, mindfulness, and diet. I have been working with a pelvic floor specialist for a year as well as my Uro. and kind of wondering what other folks that suffer from pains and aches are doing to find relief.
It's not constant, thank goodness, rather it comes and goes. I can be fine for a week or everyday or only a couple hours. I been trying to see if there is a correlation between higher incontinence and times that by bladder hurts, and have not seen anything to indicate a causal relationship.
The one thing I've found is my ability to sense fullness (I should try to go) diminishes/disappears when my bladder hurts. Whereas, it is 50/50 when my bladder doesn't hurt.
Anyhoo, thoughts and advice?
