Hey y’all.

I just left the doctors office for my Cystocopy. The procedure was less than five minutes. The results for my overall problem is that my bladder is small. Also my urethra is constricted so I have to have surgery .

Sorry to hear you have to have surgery. How soon will you have it, and what will they be doing to fix the problem?

@Beckyd They are going to dilate the urethra to open it up. I have meatal stenosis

That is bad news. Is it considered minor surgery? I hope it goes uneventfully and that you are back home and on your way to recovery before you know it!

Ask him how soon it is going to scar down and give you the same problem

@billliveshere they said it was going to be outpatient So that is good. They doing dilation

@Doug I definitely will ask. I didn’t think of that part because I was so ready to go but I will because that is a need to know question

I know how it is when you're "so ready to go" and leave the doctor's office. But do write that question down along with any others so you can refer to it when you see that doctor again. With me I always think of questions after the fact!
