The most challenging is dealing with the heat and trying to prevent rashes, the rest is easy.

I'd definitely agree hot weather is a big one - it's a bit of a catch 22 - there's a big risk of a rash but then you have to drink more so it's more important than ever that you're adequately protected.

However, I also think packing supplies is also a big one - it's impossible to travel light with incontinence.
