A little bit about my incontinence journey.
I became incontinent as a teenager (13) about 35 years ago following a nasty incident that resulted in an aggressive form of sepsis. It all happened so very quickly one minute I had a normal life and the next I entered the world of incontinence and learning fast all about diapers, plastic pants, hygiene, shaving and clothing (onesies etc.) to ensure that diapers were not completely visible. My incontinence could have been avoided with proper medical care. I still feel a bit annoyed however this is the cards I was dealt and lucky to be alive to tell my story.
