Early Post Robotic prostate surgery Leaking Advice

Sounds perfectly Normal. I am 5 weeks on from RP, leaked like an open tap, as has been said we should be told more about this before op, it's Our body at the end of the day.

Now just over 4 weeks after catheter removal, I am dry at night, happened quickly, just over a week, but still leak during day, about a standard pad, seems to be slowly getting less and less?..
Have had a few wet experiences when out, but take an extra pad just encase, did have a wet patch at back of jeans, you learn, so now wear only black, life goes on, you just have to get on with it .

Back to working, as a Gardener, can be quite heavy going at times, but feel fine. I was getting up twice a night to pee, strongly, but since working that has stopped, can sleep 7 hours with out the need to pee now when I do it comes out strongly.

You probably do not have the urge to pee, because it's continually leaking out into pad, it can be quite a fright, after all the excitement of the op is over and your hone, it's the same for most of us here, it will get better, just stick with the kegel excercises, 30 a day I do.

I find one of those hand held number counters are good for keeping a check on how many you do a day.
Good luck to everyone going through this, things will change.
