sacral neuromodulation for bladder Incontinences

@snow self catheterization as female isn't bad, but for a guy it suck because it has to go through the male G spot "the prostate glad" plus it can cause inflammation, bleeding and best of all UTI.

It’s definitely worse for a female. Have you ever tried holding a large mirror between you knees while simultaneously keeping your vagina lips open while also finding an infinitesimal buried hole while then threading in a catheter? We’re not octopi. At least men can actually SEE where to put the catheter.

It causes pain, bleeding, and infections in women, too. Something like 95% of UTIs happen to women. Our urethra is always way smaller than a man’s. And since our pee hole is in our clitoral hood, it absolutely goes through our “g” spot as well.

It doesn’t matter; it’s not a contest.

@snow You don't know your Anatomy that well! Here is a diagram to help you out.
The urethra doesn't run through the clitoral hood.

Self cathing isn't a huge deal for either sex, but it's definitely more hassle for women because of the need to use a mirror. I have not seen any statistics for make versus female infection rates due to clean intermittent self catheterization (CISC); my guess is that they'll be similar, because although women do tend to get far more UTIs than men because of their shorter urethra, that's not likely to impact the number of UTIs from CISC.

As others have pointed out, we're not having a contest to decide who has it worse. Incontinence, urinary problems, and catheterization all pretty much suck, so we should focus on spring one another rather than having a pissing contest about who has it worse (pun definitely intended! 😁)

@Craig88 That’s a simplified cartoon. In reality, my vagina looks nothing like that. I have had to self-catch before. My urethra is immediately adjacent to my clitoral hood. Do all penises look like one penis cartoon? No. Neither do all vaginas.
