I had messaged the help tech support desk daily for a good while and no response.
I messaged the founder's e mail and got back on the next day if anyone finds themselves inexplicabley shut out

Hi Maymay, It's good you're back and that you're fine. I haven't been around here much myself lately but it has been quiet here up until a couple of days ago and I need to catch up. And it's good to see the old gang is coming back again!!!
