I have done a lot of reading different fact sheets on this topic it would appear that quite a few people have IBS also. Is it IBS or start of fecal incontinemce . So scared of becoming fecal in continent also . Not coping well with this . Lost nearly 1/2 stone on weight with worry , and feel so on my own family don’t seem to understand how debilitating this all is . Trying to work with this is such an effort

@Twinkle I had IBS before OAB and then surgery made both worse. My main IBS symptoms are bloating, cramps and constipation. I sometimes get bowel leaks when I don't get the laxative medication right. As you say, they often go together, but many people have one without the other. If you are worried and your family don't understand, ask your GP for advice. Cheers Phil

I've lived with urge incontinence for yrs a few mts got some ibs bowel d&c which is really a plus.
