If you are looking for day protection the NorthShore Supreme would more than likely be sufficient. Plus the advantage of easier access to using toilet. Only disadvantage is needing to remove clothes to change. Unless you also add pad inserts.
In the new member intro it sounded like your incontinence experience was at night. If that is the case, then the MegaMax would likely be successful. If you use the Supreme at night and have heavy void you could have some side leakage. A waterproof pant like the NorthShore Trifecta could help with that. Much easier to use the toilet at night with pull-up if you are able too.
I used the Supreme during later stages of prostate radiation. I experienced more urge type symptoms and they were great for protection that store brands would not have handled. MegaMax were overkill for me. My Incontinence has largely subsided after several months post radiation and probably can soon eliminate the need for the Supreme.
The Supreme also handled several bowel accidents that occurred during and shortly after the radiation.
PM if you want to discuss more specifics.
