Hello everyone!

I’m Milo, 29 and new here—just joined this community and excited to connect. In short, my backstory starts back in college when I first noticed a few unexpected dribbles, which over time turned into full-blown accidents I couldn’t control. After running through the tests, I was diagnosed with neurogenic bladder and urge incontinence, and today I manage things through 24/7 use of adult diapers.

I rely on high‑absorbency, diaper‑style products that keep me confidently covered through workdays, workouts, and weekends—so I can focus on what I love instead of worrying about leaks. I’ve also found that a little humor goes a long way: I’m not above riffing on my “crinkle” or joking that my diapers are my secret superpower. Leaning into the lighter side helps me stay upbeat no matter what.

My current go to diapers include Northshore Megamax, Northshore GoSupreme for working out, Abena M4, Trest, and Molicare Slip Maxi. I am always looking for new options to try and would love to know your favorites!

By day I have a corporate job for a large company in Digital Marketing; after hours you’ll find me mountain biking, trail running, or playing around on my guitar.

I’m here to swap product recommendations, share adaptive fitness tips, and learn from your experiences. Feel free to reach out—let’s support each other and keep living life to the fullest!

Cheers,
Milo (ACrinklyDude)

Better dry, semi super Quattro, Abena m4, are all good regulars. I’m not a mega max fan and even though I’m pretty slender I get leaks from those. I suspect they just don’t fit me well. Anyway because I have iron clad skin that never gets any irritation when wet, I try to max out my diapers. About a year ago I started adding a diaper booster day and night which allowed me to get a solid 10-12 hours out of a diaper. I thankful I only have UI. I’ve wet at night every night and usually multiple times a night. I leaked badly during the day and that’s where my stress levels were always elevated since leaks were common trying to manage with thick layered underwear and plastic pants.
Once I just added quality disposables during the day, my stress levels vanished. I was 8 or 9 when my mom was going through the nightly routine, take a bath, then lay down spread eagle watching my mom pin on my thick layered cloth diapers, pull up my plastic pants and tuck in all the edges. At this point I stopped disliking having to sleep in a diaper and became a diaper lover and looked forward to being put in my diaper. Not until about age 30 did I have a wise urologist do a complete study discovering I had a neurogenic bladder of the type, as the dr. put it, my bladder reacts like a babies. Finally my medical condition was discovered which in a way allowed me to stop thinking maybe my incontinence issue was somehow my fault. I do know the fact I love wearing diapers and needing them 24/7 to stay dry, makes the UI an easy issue to deal with. Sometimes inconvenient, like when traveling, but other than that all is good.

Hi I have been using a couple different diapers. I like the abena during the day works good and I’m fairly active. I do use the better dry it’s a good all around diaper. If I’m going out for awhile or bedtime I’m in a mega max diaper I find the mega max is about the best but expensive compared to others

Northshore Go Supreme Lite is just way too thick for a daytime diaper. Also why not create a model for those who suffer UI. Don't need protection from #2. The Go Supreme is fine at night. Depends Night Defense does a terrible job with urine leaking out the sides. Northshore seems to keep it all contained. As thick as it is more than the Light, it better. The cost which is double of the Depends means almost $800 a year if you use one daily. My Urodynamics is next Wed and I am simply praying they can find the cause and the surgical solution. I am tired of my junk living in a sauna and that is exactly what it is with Summer here.

Today I drove 100 miles each way and had no leakage. My biggest problem is sitting on the sofa watching TV. I urinate so much that any diaper I use becomes soaked. I get urgency to go but for the most part I urinate involuntarily. And when I doze off as I do watching TV my body takes over and just releases urine at a copious rate. I am hoping for the best next week but expecting the worse.

Welcome Milo! My situation is a bit unique. I have a suprapubic catheter but still need diapers because I have bladder spasms and when that happens I pee through my urethra. I am a wheelchair user and my current bathroom isn’t accessible. I’m an amputee on the right side and my left knee is shot because I had a knee replacement and was severely neglected in a rehab afterward and the replacement ultimately failed so transferring is a nightmare. So for bowel movements I have to rely on diapers. After my initial accident I was diagnosed with a paralyzed neurogenic bladder and was completely urinary incontinent. This past Christmas my bladder totally died and the SPC was needed.

Anyhoo my insurance covers tranquility atns so I use those mostly. When I am out I rely mostly on Northshore MegaMax or supremes. I am just paranoid that the atns won’t do the job.

Welcome again to the forum!

@ACrinklyDude

I fully understand your situation. I am still avoiding diapers, but I have urge incontinence that seems to be getting worse. I joined this forum in a way to develop better strategies to avoid a very public accident. So far, I have been lucky to only wet myself in 1v1 situations, but I'm worried that I will get stuck somewhere where I just can't hold it.

I absolutely love that you have embraced diapers. I wish that I could do the same. I would be mortified if anyone I knew caught me in a diaper (sorry if that offends you, that is not my attention). I'm just really a shy person, and the idea of someone knowing that I'm wearing a diaper terrifies me. I hope you understand that.

I haven't seen many people talking about this here, but do you ever leak during sexual encounters. This is something that recently happened to me, and I don't know what to do about it. I was trying to explain that I needed to pee, but my partner wouldn't let me go. I basically had a full blown accident right before ejaculating. I don't know how to describe it other than helpless. I know that other people truly just pee without feeling anything, and they can't stop that, but when you are holding as hard as you can and something is coming out it is different. You feel totally out of control. I assume you know that feeling...

You said that you are excited to connect. I am very excited to connect too. I have nobody in my life that I can talk to about this. Please feel free to DM me anytime, if you need to talk. I could really use a friend that understands the urge.
