Hello everyone!

I’m Milo, 29 and new here—just joined this community and excited to connect. In short, my backstory starts back in college when I first noticed a few unexpected dribbles, which over time turned into full-blown accidents I couldn’t control. After running through the tests, I was diagnosed with neurogenic bladder and urge incontinence, and today I manage things through 24/7 use of adult diapers.

I rely on high‑absorbency, diaper‑style products that keep me confidently covered through workdays, workouts, and weekends—so I can focus on what I love instead of worrying about leaks. I’ve also found that a little humor goes a long way: I’m not above riffing on my “crinkle” or joking that my diapers are my secret superpower. Leaning into the lighter side helps me stay upbeat no matter what.

My current go to diapers include Northshore Megamax, Northshore GoSupreme for working out, Abena M4, Trest, and Molicare Slip Maxi. I am always looking for new options to try and would love to know your favorites!

By day I have a corporate job for a large company in Digital Marketing; after hours you’ll find me mountain biking, trail running, or playing around on my guitar.

I’m here to swap product recommendations, share adaptive fitness tips, and learn from your experiences. Feel free to reach out—let’s support each other and keep living life to the fullest!

Cheers,
Milo (ACrinklyDude)

Better dry, semi super Quattro, Abena m4, are all good regulars. I’m not a mega max fan and even though I’m pretty slender I get leaks from those. I suspect they just don’t fit me well. Anyway because I have iron clad skin that never gets any irritation when wet, I try to max out my diapers. About a year ago I started adding a diaper booster day and night which allowed me to get a solid 10-12 hours out of a diaper. I thankful I only have UI. I’ve wet at night every night and usually multiple times a night. I leaked badly during the day and that’s where my stress levels were always elevated since leaks were common trying to manage with thick layered underwear and plastic pants.
Once I just added quality disposables during the day, my stress levels vanished. I was 8 or 9 when my mom was going through the nightly routine, take a bath, then lay down spread eagle watching my mom pin on my thick layered cloth diapers, pull up my plastic pants and tuck in all the edges. At this point I stopped disliking having to sleep in a diaper and became a diaper lover and looked forward to being put in my diaper. Not until about age 30 did I have a wise urologist do a complete study discovering I had a neurogenic bladder of the type, as the dr. put it, my bladder reacts like a babies. Finally my medical condition was discovered which in a way allowed me to stop thinking maybe my incontinence issue was somehow my fault. I do know the fact I love wearing diapers and needing them 24/7 to stay dry, makes the UI an easy issue to deal with. Sometimes inconvenient, like when traveling, but other than that all is good.
