Hello, I’m a 57-year-old trans. Woman and I have had bottom surgery prior to my bottom surgery. I had issues with my prostate which I had to have surgery on and that caused me to have stress incontinence than I had my bottom surgery which worsened it a bit for about a year then, starting a few months ago, I started having urgent continents to the point where I actually don’t even know that I’m going until I start to feel wet this they believe occurred because I had a massive heart attack last year and they had to put me on Jardiance. The problem is just continued to get worse. I was paying for my own diapers. I prefer the megaMax by North Shore. but they’re just too expensive to continue. I finally brought this up to my PCP yesterday and he is putting in a prescription because I can’t afford to continue to buy diapers on my own so that way at least something will be covered by my medical insurance the odd part is I actually like wearing diapers for the amount of time that I’ve had to wear them specially post surgical I became very attached to them, although I tried to move away from them and did for over a year I found once my issue got worse, and I had to go back that I actually feel so much more comfortable in them mentally and physically, probably cause I’m not having to worry about freaking out to find a bathroom
