Debeecher, It's highly individual with factors like age, obesity, overall health, overall fitness, diabetes, etc. factoring in. I'm 54, had a robotic radical pros. then had my bladder blow open so my catheter (and stents to the kidneys) were in place for TEN weeks rather than ten days. My bladder healed and my catheter came out, and I am pretty much fully continent. If I sleep very deeply I'll squirt maybe 10-20ml into the light pad I wear at night. During the day I wear one of those TENA super thin pads to catch dribbles, of which there are only slightly more than I had before I had the surgery. Erections.. that's another matter entirely. Not doing as well on that front. :-(
