I wear diapers daily due to urge incontinence and to bed due to wetting while sleeping. I do have bowel incontinence once in a while.

What issues do you have?

I’m urinary incontinent. Lifelong nightly bedwetter and daytime struggler forever. Just stay diapered 24/7 which is very familiar and relieves ny stress about wetting.

Do you know what causes your incontinence?

@Jdrake64850: Welcome to NAFC. It appears most men on this forum are prostate cancer related, but not exclusively. Management ranges from pads to pull-ups to briefs. I am in the pull-up group post radiation.

There are a number of topics relating to diapers as you probably noticed but not as many as other discussions.
