Hi everyone new guy on the block lol. Not new to incontinence though, Been suffering since 1999. I have nerve damage due to spinal damage.

Welcome to be here. I am relatively new year and new to incontinence thanks to MS. I was diagnosed just over a year ago so it’s been quite the journey to say the least. I am relatively young (36) just like numerous other great people on this site. In continence is just something all of us have to manage it and not let it identify us. Just wanted to say Welcome. Look forward to chatting with you on various topics.
