I am new here. My daughter is 11 and has been with her urologist since her first UTI at 5 months old. She had kidney reflux as a baby, diagnosed with a neurogenic bladder, had a spinal cord detethering last year and is now on a combo of oxybutynin and flomax. Straight oxybutynin doesnt work because it causes way too much retention and the flomax alone causes no control of her bladder. This combo is not ideal but is helping with leaks despite large retention. After another urodynamics study in April she will start intermittent self cath 3X a day with.Looking for support- this is a constant battle that very few understand. Thanks!
