Fully Continent After Prostatectomy, And Then....

I am 68 and had the most amazing Radical Prostatectomy ever.

1. I had full erectile function (Level 9s lasting 20-25 minutes), with my first nocturnal erection 89 hours after coming out of surgery.
2. My orgasms matched the character and intensity (both great) of those pre-surgery.
3. My Cowper's (bulbourethral) glands kept pumping out what is colloquially known as pre-cum, which I mistakenly thought would be gone with the prostate.
4. No climacturia!
5. Total continence after catheter removal, exactly as it was pre-surgery, with 300 cc bladder volume.
6. Undetectable PSA

So what's the problem and why would I be on this site?

After nine blissful fully-continent days after the catheter was removed I was sitting at my desk, not moving, lifting or stretching when I felt a dribble. In the four weeks since, my incontinence has gotten worse, often challenging a diaper. I'm staying positive and think/hope it will resolve in the upcoming weeks or months because 1) there is no leakage at night; 2) there is no urge incontinence; 3) there is little to no incontinence unless I am moving or lifting or twisting; and 4) I can stop a full-flow morning stream dead in its tracks.

But, after doing a ton of research, I believe I may be the first and only person to ever HAVE full continence after a RP only to lose it.

The good news was that with my great erectile function there was no leakage during sexual arousal...until three weeks after my incontinence first appeared, when climacturia decided to make a grand entrance. So far, it only happens at orgasm and not until, but it still creates some understandable oral sex reticence.

I'm trying to stay positive any way I can. The day I soaked my pants walking was the same day my penile rehab team canceled my injection tutorial because they said I already had sufficient oxygenated blood. I reminded myself that I don't have it all bad.

If any patients or medical personnel have any experience with having full continence after RP only to lose it, I'd love to hear any stories of (hopefully) successful outcomes and timeframes. Thanks!
