Experience with artificial urinary sphincter

I had my prostate removed in 10/18. I had pelvic floor therapy and then radiation. I was down to using two pads a day until January 2020. My incontinence started to get worse so I am back at therapy. I am seeing a slight improvement. I am thinking about getting an artificial sphincter. I would like to hear about other people’s long term experience. I am concerned about creating more problems for myself in the future. I am 53 and would like to remain active.

I don't know about long term but I have one for a few weeks
and I'm one happy camper. My dr says his patients are 99 %
happy and if it fails after many years they want it back immediately

Thanks for your replies. Does the device feel natural in your body? Is the pressure on your urethra similar to what it felt like before surgery.

Dont know which you saw but both are worth watching
The operation isnt particularly complicated but it's always preferable to have a surgeon who has done a lot of them
