I did have a problem with ED when I was in my twenties. My wife went to the doctor it was embarrassing to talking about it sitting in front of the doctor and my wife answering questions. Doctor did ask how long I had been wearing diapers for my incontinence. Did get a medicine to help and it did now I just take the blue pill

Well my dysfunction started after RP. I have been using a pump and restriction rings, with Cialis. Can get some Suze but not hard enough for penetration. So next month I will be getting a "MINI JUPETTE" surgery. This device is a internal pump and allows for larger stronger erection. It also helps with mild leaking because there is a sling component. Dr says it's 2montgs from insertion to full use.

My incontinence started 3 years ago. I've lost and inch and some girth, was lower side of average before. I just bought a pump so here goes nothing!

@AUG168 Be careful as you can cause even more damage with a improperly used VED. VED use with construction ring for sex has a time limit of around 30 minutes IIRC (need to research on your own) and 2-3 times a week. And applying low vacuum too fast can cause damage also. So go slow. And stop every few seconds or pumps and wait. If you don't the damage caused will cause scar tissue that will actually cause you size loss rather than restore it. The supper fine blood vessels can rupture as the cannot move blood fast enough. This is something that will require a lot of work until either erection's return (natural or otherwise). Good luck.

As long as you are sensible and as others have said build up the blood flow gradually the VED will be fine. I use mine very regularly and have not had a problem. And with the constriction ring I can get a very good erection. There are useful videos by Touchy Subject on You tube on how to use the pump safely including a real life example by a 73 year old man.
