Does anyone give into the urge

@physlink I know sometimes I’m ok and others I’m not I also wear the tena maxi diaper to when I can get it. But I would rather be in diapers that risk a accident

@sbaughman001 I almost never give in but sometimes like at a crowded concert with a billion stairs between me and the loo, I have no choice. I always feel guilty when I do it intentionally, but not when it’s a true accident.

Part of what happens in say, the concert experience, isn’t just my bladder, it’s that my knees are so decrepit I take a long time on stairs.

It's true -- It's 'not just the bladder'. I have balance issues from neuropathy while walking and stairs are even worse. Too much muscle reactions going on just to keep from falling. Bladder holding, the little that I can muster, just gives way to my strong concentrations over staying on my feet.

Yes, Snow, I experience guilt at times, too, even after all these years. I guess stigma is too strongly imprinted on me. Will that feeling ever go away??
