The product that philippe refers to are probably one of the Molicare brand (by Hartmann). My guess would be the Molicare Slip Super Plus brief. The majority of Hartmann products are available in the US through online sellers.

@HappilyRetired2 yes it's the hartmann molicar but they are adjustable elastic on the side that looks like a pull-ups
I also use it during the day for skiing
