Not in the UK, I am a female with over active bladder all my life, much worse in the early 2000s, really bad since first inoculation for Covid; wearing a pad during the day all the time, Boots Night pants every night.

What does "Altacucker" mean? Alta can be referenced as either Rise or Discharge - and Cucker in urban dictionary means a woman who cheats on her husband.

So "Discharge the Cheater?". That's too funny.

Please take a moment to introduce yourself in our introductory forum thread - we haven't gotten much activity in that thread - but we've gotten alot of new members on these boards.

I'm Honeeecombs by the way, I suffer from OAB syndrome with symptoms of pain, urgency and severe spasms. You will find this is a good place - a safe haven of sorts.

He's from the United States though - and using an a + u in "Altacucker" changes it to American urban slang. Maybe German descent. It's a formidable term - believe me; but still two keys away from an O and many from an A.

Maybe a typo! But regardless, my ex was a cheater. He used dating apps as a way to obtain and maintain his substance abuse - so I'm familiar with the pain and sorrow if it has to with with cheating.

Back at the topic at hand; I wear protection at night - probably should on bad days during the day - but I will eventually get there.

In the past year I started with guards/shields and have since moved to pull-ups during the day and traditional diapers for nighttime which seems to be the combo that works best for me.

Alta is a ski resort and town in Utah. I hope Altacucker isn’t someone who watches his wife have sex with other men - a “cucker” in the town of Alta, just a few minutes away from where I live. “Cucker” is a slang word from the porn industry. It often means a white man who specifically gets off by a watching a black man have sex with his white wife. It’s considered negatively racist by the African American community. It’s not a good word. Right..a harmless funny Yiddish quasi-insult that I used to hear as a kid listening to my immigrant mother and grandmother. BTW, The Altacuckers is the name of my fantasy football team.
