Catheter out

Catheter came out today and I have been able to control my leakage, on the way to the bathroom once I feel my bladder filling. Only used 2 pull ups because I am able to relieve myself in the bathroom. Anyone else have this experience. I’m sure it probably will get worse but I’m slightly encouraged. I’m almost 2 weeks post robotic surgery.

Good for you Lmm. I did not have the robotic surgery, but, post TURP, I was never so happy to get the catheter out. Keep positive.

UPDate: I made it through the night completely dry. I did get up 3 times to relieve myself once I felt my bladder fill up. I’m a little concerned maybe my bladder isn’t voiding properly. I see my urologist Thursday and get his opinion. Heading out for a walk today and will see how much I leak. Fingers crossed All goes well. Thanks for the encouragement. 2 weeks post Op.
