Barrier cream wipes

So I get barrier cream wipes from my insurance. They take awhile to get used to but are handy when your parts are raw. I don’t use them all the time, but I’m almost out of my regular wipes and I’m trying to save those for when I go out. The barrier cream ones you have to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before you put a diaper on or it’s impossible. Anyone use these? What’s your experience? Any tips? Thanks!

I got these tena proskin ultra adult wipes from Walmart that are very good. They helped a lot when I got the sore on my bum.

Dear Justej: I had chronic diaper rash until my Dr gave me a prescription for "Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide cream USP. I used all sort of OTC stuff but nothing workede as good as this and it has not come back. Keep on Keepin On!. Rayl in AZ

@ThatFLGuy I use the wipes from Sams club. They seem to work well. Then when I have a rash or irritation the barrier wipes help.

@Rayl How do those work with leak guards etc on diapers? So they break them down? That’s a big concern for me.
