Barrier products (creams, ointments?) for chaffed genetalia

What barrier products do you use to protect your genetalia from chafing when you wipe yourself with toilet paper? I have OAB/FI. I usually pee every 2 hours. Then I always have liquid flowing due to FI. Sometimes it seems as though I'm wiping myself 16-20 times with toilet paper, but never getting dry due to FI. So I'm still wet but chaffed. So what do you think I should use as a barrier cream/ointment? What do you use? I would like recommendations, suggestions, testimonials, and the like. Thank you.

I use pampers sensitive baby wipes instead of toilet paper. It feels much better and doesn’t burn. I use Diaper rash formulas and it feels better and protects skin. I also have several heavy surges an hour so this helps protect me. Hope this helps. These are the products I prefer. Purchased on Amazon.

Sudocreme I use and bephanten.
Works well for me I've had a few friction and chaffing type rashes over the years.

I straight up don’t use toilet paper. I use adult wipes from Sams club or Northshore’s house brand wipes depending on what I have on hand. I rarely get rashes as I usually change after one wetting.

Calmoseptine cream is the best product I have ever used to clear my diaper rash. Takes the stinging and burning of diaper rash and soothes it almost instantly. Clears diaper rash up as quick or quicker than anything else I have tried before!

I wanted to add my supply guy sends me barrier cream wipes. They take some getting used to but are a good way to prevent rashes and skin break down. They are the only wipes my insurance pays for

Thank you for your recommendations! justej: You say your "supply guy" sends you "barrier cream wipes". Who is your supply guy? Do the barrier cream wipes have a specific name? What insurance do you have? Thank you.

@pegasi99 I live in dc and I go through a company in Maryland. My supply guy orders all of my incontienence products for me. He bills my insurance (Medicaid). These are what he sends me. And I get a LOT. They are a company called sage. Here is the Amazon link.
