Are kegels for ever?

So are there any other folks on here who are a few years post prostatectomy, and are 'dry', who continue doing kegels just the same as before, and any folks in the same position who don't do kegels any more but despite this remain dry?

I gave up on them. I did them religiously and aggressively for a long time and it didn't make much of a difference for my urge incontinence. Bladder squeezes way too hard. I think they are more helpful for people with stress incontinence and dribbles.

I think you're right, @MikeJames. At least in what I've read about kegels people find they are effective for light stress incontinence and dribbling.

@MikeJames Kegels helped all aspects of my neurogenic bladder except nocturia. I’m sorry you didn’t see any improvement.
