What do you use on your prefold cloth diapers for bedwetting - pins, boingos, snappis, or other methods

I was just curious to know what methods people here use for fastening nighttime prefold diapers. I've used prefold pin-on diapers covered with pull-on style plastic pants for some time and find they do a great job keeping the bed dry. Sometimes I wear the Better Dry diapers to bed but in general I think pin-ons and plastic pants work best for bedwetting.

I use the larger diaper pins when using cloth diapers. Most of the time I use disposable diapers such as better dry but have been more frequently lately because of cost. I was using an indwelling catheter for four months but stopped since I had two utis and when doing physical activity I was getting blood and clots in the urine. If I was not mobile I think it would have worked out better for me, I would not have the problem of changing over the urine bag from day to night and have the problem of keeping the bag from moving on my leg.

I’ve lived my whole life bedwetting nightly so have quite a bit of experience. Pins are usually my regular fasteners. The snappie and boing are both ok but with either of them I will often have one or more of the fasteners have come lose in my sleep. I don’t know, maybe I move too , I don’t know. Pins are a no brainer so I usually use pins. I will use better dry with a booster and plastic pants to bed maybe twice a week. My disposables work perfect during the day but at night I’m primarily a side sleeper and have more leak problems with any brand of disposable I use. (But disposables are more convenient)
