What is everyone's experience with the urolift procedure? What was the recovery like? How much improvement did you get and did it cure urge incontinence? Thanks.

Procedure was easy. Recovery not so much. Obstructed in recovery. Peed over a liter of blood/pee. One hour latter, same thing. Third time was a Foley for 4 days. Lots of blood. Spasms were severe! I defecated each time my bladder spasmed. After a month of severe urgency/leaks, it worked! Great results for six months. Then I was obstructed again. I had 4 UTIs in 3 months. I opted to have a GLL TURP 14 months after the UroLift. Surgeon recovered 5 of 7 implants during the TURP. I’ve read about 50/50 results. I’m not upset that I did it, just that it didn’t work perfectly.
