ITind procedure vs. bladder neck incision for bladder neck narrowing

What are people’s thoughts on the Itind device especially for bladder neck narrowing? If not this, then what are people’s experiences with the bladder neck incision? I thought they were going to recommend a urolift, but the problem is not so much in the prostate urethra as it is the bladder neck. Hopefully someone has some experience choosing between these two procedures.

I have had bladder neck surgery. In my case it was an emergency in the middle of the night as my bladder was completely sealed. This means that I wasn't given any options other than neck incisions or a temporary suprapubic catheter. The surgery certainly unblocked my bladder neck, but because I had already had a TURP and uro-sepsis, I haven't been dry since. Feel free to PM me if you want any more info.
