Swimwear for urinary incontinence

Hi just wondering if people know of any good discrete swimwear for urinary incontinence as I do a bit of swimming and might start hydrotherapy again.

Saw these but unsure how effective they are

I know they make them, but they are more for bowel control issues then anything, although they do claim they can be helpful for urinary issues too. https://agecomfort.com/products/so-secure-containment-swim-brief-s.html Several on the market if you do a search for them, this is just one model.
