I have read about high infection rate and 10% failure rate
What are your thoughts about post op issues
Are there any ongoing issues with the device once implanted

I'm not comfortable making a recommendation on this site. But would be happy to discuss with you on the phone. 917-885-5338 Most doctors that do frequent urological procedures have an infection rate of 1-2%. I have had no ongoing issues with the device.
