Archives1 Staff member Aug 15, 2024 #4 I heard that larger doses of magnesium calm the bladder and encourage retention. There is also an herbal supplement by DZO that they call ‘Go Less.’ But that is prolly more gimicky.

Archives1 Staff member Aug 15, 2024 #5 I used up the Sildenafil I had and I started taking Juvenon BloodFlow-7 instead and, bang, I got more continent! Probably just a matter of my body finally growing back to normal, though.
