Supplements/vitamins?

Anybody out there who uses vitamins or supplements to help increase their ADH levels? (Anti-diuretic Hormone) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Jcim943 No, but I’d like to know more about your results and methodology if you do go ahead and try to alter your ADH level. I read that you can increase it with intense aerobic activity. Have you been tested for Diabetes Insipidus? My first urologist wanted me to try taking Desmopressin because I’m primarily a bedwetter. But I wasn’t so keen on altering/reversing the schedule of my kidneys, nor the two-days-long test in the hospital. But I still wonder if I should try it. Sometimes I get to thinking that a lot of bedwetters here on the forum likely have Diabetes Insipidus and might find relief via Desmopressin. I think all bedwetters should talk to their urologists about this possibility. I suggest that you consult your urologist about taking any ADH supplements before taking them.
