I have a height adjustable desk for working from hone. The past couple days I’ve been working standing up for most of the work day. Started because I was tired and not focusing. This helped. It’s also surprisingly helped with my oab and even relived a bit of constipation. I’m able to drink a bunch more water with fewer issues.
