Hey guys,

Sorry I haven’t been around. Not much to report. Things are going semi okay in my life - doing things to stay active and now that the weather is breaking been getting outside more.

Continence wise, things are more or less the same - I go through bouts of extreme urgency in which I manage, but that tends to come and go. Sometimes I’ve found it easier to wear a disposable brief when my bladder aches so I don’t get the pain from the spasms.

I hope everybody here has been well - haven’t really played many video games lately, just been watching television and documentaries on YouTube.

Thanks guys, it’s good to be back. I never have much to say in terms of my incontinence as it’s just a managing condition at the moment - but I’ll pop in every now and then again to help others out or to give advice.
