Ok, does man's penis size make leaks worse. I find it hard to point mind down because of size and tend to leak at the top of my diaper. Any suggestions or type of diapers I should get?

I don't think it matters the size, just your volume and rate of your output.

Which diaper or pullup are you using?

I found that the Northshore GoSupreme pullup was higher in the front than the Flex Supreme.

After my prostatectomy, I was using the depend pullups at night, but they did not work out. The Northshore GoSupreme worked the best. As I recovered more and was able to hold, the Caroli pullups worked for me - they have a higher front than depend. The Caroli pullups are a mid-range between depend pullups and Northshore GoSupreme.
