Return of urine rash

Hi after about 18 months I have a recurring case of urine rash . Again it's bright red and very very sore all over my diaper area. I thought I'd seen the last of it especially with me being more than scrupulous with daily barrier cream and changing my diapers before they get too wet. I might change my Tena diaper about three times during the day and even go some time without wearing any protection , I just sit on a couple of absorbent bed mats. On waking first thing in the morning I am always very wet , so I shower and change into a dry diaper. Yet despite all of my best efforts I still get this horrible rash . I hate going to the GP about this, I get so embarrassed talking about my incontinence .
It can't be just me who has this problem , if not having any bladder control isn't bad enough I have to put up with this !!!

Do you shave your diaper area and drink enough water to be pee clear. I use Sudocrem. Never feel embarrassed otherwise incontinence gets you.

Hi , yeah I drink plenty of fluids to keep me hydrated , the barrier cream I use is on prescription from the GP and my continence advisor , it's zinc oxide based. I don't shave around my diaper area . But I do keep that area scrupulous clean, I am just urinary incontinent 24/7 . So I'm in a wet diaper just about all of the time
