So this guy Gary V on youtube and other social media got me thinking.
He is a millionaire but still gets a kick out of yardsales and flipping stuff.
Just in my area, there is a lot of free stuff on Facebook marketplace.
If you flip a few items you can make a bit of extra $$$
Wood stuff is big right now and if you put a few $$ into refinishing it you can resell it.
College towns always have free sofas due to students and a simple deep clean from a shampoo machine will fix them up.
I found a lot of free stuff that could be flipped back on the marketplace or eBay for $$ in my pocket.
Just was thinking about this because next year money is going to be tight for me so I got to do something.
Also I am very good at product Photos so that will help.
