Pull-up/underwear recommendations

I’m getting a summer job working for a landscape company. Does anyone have any suggestions for discreet underwear/pullups that are absorbent that I could wear? I start next week, but I’ve never worked any type of job before.

Also, should I have some type of conversation with the boss and tell him what I deal with?

1st off Tanner, Congrats on the job. I personally have not told my boss about my issues. How bad is your Incontinence? Can you hold for a particular amount of time? Landscaping will be outdoors with a RESTROOM not readily available! All the online companies have some good products for you to try. You will have to answer this yourself: what Pull-Ups will you need is how bad your Incontinence.

Depends on the day, a lot of times my mom thinks that stress has a lot to do with it. I would say a normal day, though I’ll usually have one accident, whether it be at night or during the day I can kind of hold it, but I dribble a lot of times.

Hi Tanner -

Northshore has some great pull ups. They come in colors like black which isn’t as noticeable that you are wearing a pull up.

Regarding telling your boss I don’t think it’s needed. I’ve heard of some folks who work in office settings and their incontinence disrupts their work and have informed HR and they can address the situation, but it sounds like your incontinence can be managed with light protection. I’d see how it goes and if it does become an issue then maybe talk to them.

Congrats on the job!

I looked them up! The reviews say they are bulky? Is that true? I guess, but it’s not light enough that I can wear pads.

Okay I start today (Monday) I’m not gonna say anything to them.

Hi Tanner. I have been using abena pull-ups. My olny b problem is thy need to be changed often. During work I wear a abena l4 diaper. Thy are thin hold up good too. Most people don’t even notice I’m wearing a diaper. My supervisor knows about my incontinence. As for telling her it was easy let her know I have a medical condition that requires me to wear diapers.
