There's obviously are very BIG differences between a PSA and a Gleason or a biopsy and a blood test.

Doctor not sure why PSA is high. He recommended the biopsy because the number was high enough to warrant that. Glad no cancer was found.
Will update when I know more details.
The current protocol is to do a MRI with a T3 machine, if anything suspicious is found then a targeted biopsy using an Artimus or similar MRI guided biopsy robot
