Does anyone have experience with this product? I am almost one year post prostate removal surgery with no sign of incontinence resolution, especially stress incontinence. My doctor recommends Proact, the inflatable bulbs implanted where my prostate once was. I would like to hear from folks who have gone through this procedure. Would you recommend it for someone with moderate stress incontinence?

Sounds interesting. I had the sling surgery in Sept 2021.

The use of adjustable balloons seems that it would be a good option to adjust in the future.
