I have an extra protection sheet I added and always sleep on top of it now. Haven't had another episode like that again, thank goodness. Our bladders and our minds do their own thing a lot.

It's true, isn't it?! My bladder does what it wants to do, even if it just emptied itself 6 minutes before. Very frustrating sometimes.
 
As I said, I've taken to threatening my body to send it away only to realize, where ever it goes, I must accompany it!
