Most comfortable diapers?

So just looking to get some ideas from others on what diapers you use during the day that are comfortable and won’t rub your groin to death!! My personal favorite for day time use is the Tena active slip but they are very expensive as they are only sold in the UK. I buy them occasionally through amazon but can’t afford them on a daily basis. Too many of the manufacturers today have gone to the cloth backed style and they aren’t as quiet as they claim and definitely don’t hold up as well as plastic backed. Either way I’m hoping to get some new ideas. Thanks for your help!!

Dignity Compose. they are moderate protection. i have described them on another post just a few minutes ago. the medium size fits me perfectly. my waist is about 34”. i get them at vitality medical or allegro for about $10 - $11. i have never had any chafing between the legs or anywhere else. my other post explains steps i take to improve protection.

Just please be aware that the manufacturer of Dignity, Hartmann, has announced that all Dignity briefs will be discontinued in the USA. Supply will likely be gone soon.

Most comfortable in my opinion are the rearz safari/inspire. I wish NorthShore stocked them, but better dry is also very comfortable.

hmm, that is not very good. i can’t really afford paying more.

Tye is more expensive but probably the next choice. I contacted Hartmann. If i get any kind of a response i’ll let you know what they say.

I'm really impressed with Rearz. A bit thick, and rather warm in summer, but when it's a cool day, I wear at least a sweat shirt and that disguises it, I think.

Thank you for all the suggestions but I won’t be buying any of the abdl diapers, mostly because they are very expensive but also because I’m just not into that. Don’t have anything against it, to each there own just not my thing. I just want a comfortable tape on style diaper for during the day.

I use either abena l4 or betterdry. Abena is the more comfortable of the two, in my opinion. Although I do like the front and back waistband on the betterdry. But yea. I rotate those two.

: not sure if you are referring to the Rearz , but not all of them are for the abdl community. They make some that are stark white and come to within a few ounces of the absorbency of the products with prints. I have purchased the ones that are decorated but only because I got them at a very good price. That do hold a lot, and for extended periods if you

Older thread but no matter the fit or brand, I ALWAYS use baby powder. I sprinkle it well inside the diaper making sure it's around the leg gathers. Then after sitting on it, I powder around genitals and a small amount on hip sides. Just make sure to tape up slowly and keep powder off tape zones. This makes the difference between me not even noticing I'm wearing or can't wait to change.

Mine are the Attends w/ Waistband.I wear them at night and they protect me and the bed pretty well. I also wear plastic pants over them. A little on the bulky, noisy and crinkly side but very comfortable to wear and again protects me from leakage pretty well.

I prefer BetterDry briefs with an AbriLet stuffer. I've done marathons in them, and just use a bit of barrier cream on the thighs if I'm going to be exposed to the heat or in humid climates for the day. I can always rely on a minimum of 7+ hours protection, even on the most hydrated of days.

Next option would be an ID Slip Expert Super, with or without a stuffer. I typically wear an Abena cotton diaper cover, or a snap-on AIO cloth diaper to keep things in place and protect my skin. This also helps at maintaining the condition of a plastic-backed nappy, so it doesn't get clumpy or sag.

I have been alternating between the Abena M4 and Confidry 24/7. The Confidry is slightly larger than the M4 but more expensive. Having lost a little weight recently, the M4 is my preferred daytime product. It has a good balance between absorbency, fit and cost. The M4 is doesn't have the absorbency of the Confidry but it is a bit thinner and thus more discrete I add a pair of Gary Wear PUL pants to handle unexpected leaks. If I feel the need to wear something almost undetectable I wear Depends Real Fit pull-ups with the PUL pants. The challenge is that the Depends don't last very long and I have to change frequently.

As an aside, my incontinence comes from surgery. Currently, I leak constantly but also have urge incontinence (no real urge but when I move my bladder will often unload). Thus, I find most pull-ups not very functional. Hopefully, my physical therapy will start to have some effect.

Try Better Dry and the new NorthShore diaper. Both are absolutely amazing, greatly outperform Abena and Confidry, and cost effective.

I use these too. There only great for moderate leakage and need to be changed regularly due to the product clumping. I've also tried the new depends and may just go to them in the future.

it is true dignity compose is being discontinued. i am never going to adjust to being incontinent. i hate it all the time. i have always had an inclination to being less dressed than more so the idea that i need ot be constantly bundled up with things that really dont “fit and feel just like real underwear” or thicker heavier things and other things over that and pants that are huge just doesn’t work for me.

i have been using the dignity and when they’re gone i’ll use tye. these are comparitively low cost and they are thin. the trick is to use a booster, monitor it and adjust it according to how it is soaking up and change it once nearly full. being careful can avoid leaks. of course i go to work and there are often times i can’t be as careful as i need to be. i have to live with this trade off and have leaks. that’s urine. its liquid and wants to flow. as for fecal, i keep seeing recommendations around for diapers, briefs and being bundled severely up. i cannot imagine wearing something that is full for any longer than a half hour. some people imply that they don’t take it off all day and they have no leaks or odor problem. i can’t do that. with the dignity or tye unless you have severe diarrhea, you can weather a fecal incident with no leak at all. i do much better in this respect than with urinary incontinence. i’ve explained how elsewhere. and as soon as i get to work, i clean up and the pullup stays clean and can continue to be used. this actually works.

dignity does not clump or sag. i only used a couple samples of tye but they seem to be as good and feel softer. they cost a little more though. everything at northshore is significantly more expensive and i can’t afford anything from them. i shop at vitality medical whose prices seem to be lower than anyone else. and i guess will be ordering directly from tye in the future also.

i have issues other than incontinence that are related and if and when i resolve those other issues, i suspect i will be able to manage my incontinence conditions much better. there is a trade off. i do have to live with that.

Yes, unfortunately the manufacturer of Dignity has sent notices that all Dignity briefs and underwear are being discontinued.

I will avoid Hartmann altogether. I actually called and spoke to someone there and the justification is it's not profitable. I think that company must not know how to run a business. Molis are no good for me anyway.
