More answers = more questions. New Physical therapist.

So the appointment today went great.

BIG THING IS THAT MY THERAPIST AND GI DOCTOR BOTH WORK AT THE SAME PLACE NOW
(GI goes between places but spends more time were I am now going for therapy)

New Physical therapist was very on point with everything, did four test including some biofeedback to see for herself what was going on.

She found a few things that my last physical therapist brought up for her to test now that I am with her.

One thing that was found is that I have no tone in my lower abs. This is very bad as it is were most of the push for a bowel movement needs to come from.

I also have a lot of scar tissue over my Ileocecal valve area and she feels that it may be an issue and is talking to my GI about that.

She also whats to do some more testing and that is part of the conversation with GI.

One of the tests she wants to do she feels would be better done by GI because of my condition (It is like the anal monotony test but they inflate a balloon test and balloon expansion for muscles)

The reason she whats GI to do it is that if my hypersensitive triggers pain then she as a physical therapist can do noting for it.. (That made a good point to me)

She also whats a few other test and wants to see about adding some other medication.

One thing she wants to do is add some muscle relaxers to my medications but knows that it will make my accidents worse. She even brought up a relaxation study were they give me relaxers and then check things with biofeedback to make sure the muscles are not stressed.

She does feel that this issue is a big deal and that some of it my never be solved within the time I have for disability from work.

She even asked if I have a disability lawyer yet (I do have one through the work disability that is both a advocate and lawyer that will help me get full social security disability when we get to that point)

She agrees with my GI that things need to be relaxed and said that it will make matters worse with the hopes of being able to retrain the muscles later. I may need change what I use during the day as the pull-ups are just enough to get me by and I have had leaks at home so.

***This needs to be noted*** Because of losing my father at a young age and having a trust fun until I finished college I have been paying into social security for 26 years at the max pay in.. I also worked every year since I was 16 so also payed in while working for over 20 years... I only say this because it was brought up by my long term disability person because they have notes saying that this is going to be a huge ongoing issue.

The last thing is that the pain that I have been in has gotten bad. Tylenol had done nothing for it and I cannot even get any relief from it any more.
