For me, I have recently switched to ordering from XP Medical exclusively. I have never had a problem with "Discreet Delivery." They promise discreet delivery, and they deliver on that promise. One gentleman that founded XP Medical was, in fact, incontinent himself. XP medical always ships my adult diapers me in very plain, non-descript shipping boxes. Even the company name is carefully masked to avoid a compromise of discretion in shipping. XP Medical, in my opinion, really cares about discreetly shipping high-quality incontinence products to you, the consumer. Definitely worth a try if you haven't yet.
