It seems that of lately, the ability to locate quality incontinent briefs in the U.S. continues to dwindle. Especially the plastic backed briefs that do a much better job of protecting overnight versus the cloth back. I've used Tena years ago when they were plastic backed, but switched to Molicare. Now Molicare is part of Hartmann line of products and the quality has failed while maintaining a high price. There are a few products that are still mail order, but very expensive. I have used Tranquility with good results, but they lack an "in-between" size as the mediums are a bit small, but the large are too large and leak. Depends tends to leak often, even though they did move back to plastic backed. And of course store brands are simply out of the question for night use. I have found one or two other products that I've tried and seem to work okay, but they command a high price.
At this time, I have only found one product that works well in the U.S. for nighttime use and is not "bulky", discrete and rarely have leaks. They are mail order, but tend to be the only brand that works and that's the Total Dry overnight fitted briefs. They are also reasonable at around $1 per brief.
I wish there were more products to select from in the U.S., but just the opposite as products tend to disappear. Any thoughts from others that use products for night time protection?
