My parents are back in Florida right now, getting ready for this next monster hurricane. They are on the other side of the state, so it should be okay.
But with this and the last hurricane, it really got me thinking tonight about how fortunate those of us that can get the things we need are right now.
I cannot imagine being stuck in a storm. Losing everything like many did and then also suffering from incontinence.
Agencies prep and help people with babies and stuff, but I cannot even fathom how hard some people are having it right now.
I hope that everything goes well and this hurricane breaks down before hitting Florida, but it is not looking good.
