I'm 79 and I'm a bedwetter. The urologist says this will be life long, partially because I wet my bed until I was 18. Back then mom put cloth diapers on me and added plastic pants. It was humiliating. I felt like a toddler. Today I have outgrown shame. Recently I tried XXL Goodnites and they work very well. I weigh 155 with a 38" waist. I do put a toddler prefold diaper folded in thirds to add absorbency. I am very satisfied.

So far in a week I haven't leaked at all my bed does have a plastic mattress cover in case and since I have them anyway I wear plastic panties.

That's great. I put a disposable bed pad (SPC quilted underpad). The bed pad helps absorb excess on nights he wets the bed a lot. It never leaks. The product has helped me get a good nights sleep. And less laundry to do in the morning.
