Diapers with or without underwear on top?

@snow I’m not really brave - just used to it. I’ve never bern out of diapers and if you were in my shoes you’d probably feel the same.

@Jason, I agree with @snow in that you are considerably braver than I would be! But it makes sense in your situation as diapers are the only constant you have ever known and you don't really think about getting accustomed to them as someone who became incontinent a bit later in life would.

Always with in bed helps keep my nappy tight and in place but during the day I'm couscous of bulk so just nappy and jeans, trackies or shorts

A bit new here but when I do wear something,I wear boxer type underwear over top. I suppose its just to feel normal and provides some compression.
I do the same if I am wearing a tape diaper,I have thought about a plastic pants over a pull up to add better protection though.
